SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our merchandise with UPS ground. Your order should arrive between 7-10 days. All shipping charges are based on actual UPS costs associated with the weight and size of goods along with the destination. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. There are no additional handling fees. We offer complimentary shipping for all returns. A return tag will be included in each shipment.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction with our service and merchandise is our number one priority. You may return any product in its original condition within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you include your sales receipt. Any return without a valid receipt will be exchanged for a store credit equal to the current value of the product returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, but a complimentary return tag will be included in each shipment. If your order was damaged during shipping or has become defective please contact customer service.

Palmetto Moon will protect your personal information. We will not sell, share, or trade any information we receive from our customers. Your information will remain confidential. When you place your order online we will collect your name, mailing address, email, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process your order and notify you of shipping. If you join our email signup list we will notify you of any upcoming promotions, new product, and other special discounts. SECURITY
We process all credit card transactions through Authorize.net, a secure online payment gateway. Authorize.net uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information. The information gathered on secure computers is stored in a locked down data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. They use firewalls and other security technology, as well as implement the highest industry standard security practices, to prevent their computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
2. What tax rate do you charge?
You will be charged sales tax based on your shipping address. Palmetto Moon only collects sales tax for the state of South Carolina.
3. What if I want something that I can’t find on your site?
Please call our customer service line! We only feature a percentage of the actual products we carry in our stores. We will also special order any products we are able to find!
4. When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when your items are shipped.
5. Which products have lifetime guarantees and how do you handle those returns?
Rainbow Sandals, Costa Del Mar Sunglasses, and Tervis Tumblers all have lifetime guarantees. They all require that merchandise be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please call our toll free number for more information.
6. How can I check the status of my order?

7. How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive an order confirmation via email that includes your order number and the total amount to be charged.
8. How long does a refund take?
We credit the original card used to make the purchase as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. However, refunds generally appear on your billing statement in one to two billing periods.
