VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Palmetto Moon, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Only one prize package will be awarded, active Friday, May 14th, 2021 through Sunday, May 16th, 2021. These dates are non-negotiable and each Entrant is acknowledging this with each entry submitted. There is no required age to enter the contest. It is not necessary for the winner of the contest to be the recipient of the trip. The winner is allowed to and encouraged to gift the prize to their mother or maternal figure. The recipient is the person participating in the weekend trip to Charleston, South Carolina and is allowed to bring one (1) guest with them. The recipient must be a mother, grandmother or legal guardian and must be older than the age of 26 to participate in the trip. The guest of the recipient does not have to meet these requirements. At their discretion, Palmetto Moon will make reservations and bookings for all dining experiences and activities, with the exception of coffee/breakfast on Saturday, May 15th. Palmetto Moon will provide adequate payment for these outings. Palmetto Moon makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Palmetto Moon will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Palmetto Moon Employees or Employee's direct family members are not eligible to win. The winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the promotion period. The random drawing will be conducted after the promotion period by Palmetto Moon, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email or phone at the email address or phone number provided. Palmetto Moon is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undelivered may result in prize forfeiture. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Palmetto Moon assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (c) any injury or damage to Winner or to any other persons as a result of prize usage.
