Flex Footbed:
Flex the footbed before wearing to help it feel more comfortable sooner.
Step In:
Open all straps and step into the footbed. Leave ¼ inch of space around heels and toes for natural rolling motion.
Adjust Straps:
Close straps comfortably, allowing enough space for freedom of movement.
Take a Walk:
Take a few steps. If toes and heels do not hit the footbed edge, the fit is correct.
Recommendations:
Limit first 5–6 wearings to a few hours to allow the feet and body to adjust to the new support and straps.
