How Long Does Processing Take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with order details and an option to “View Your Order.”
Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder and add Palmetto Moon to your “safe” list.

We currently ship within the United States only, from our distribution center in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Additional Shipping Details
- FedEx Ground Standard Shipping ($7.95 flat rate): Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days from the shipment date.
- UPS 3 Day Select: Orders processed within 2-3 business days typically arrive within 3 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air Overnight: Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday–Thursday ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST Monday–Thursday will ship the following business day. Overnight orders placed between 12 PM Thursday and 12 PM Friday will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 12 PM Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Overnight delivery is unavailable for PO boxes, Sundays, and holidays.

- All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.
Delivery Issues
If there’s an issue with tracking or delivery, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us. Allow 1-4 business days for tracking updates. In rare cases, tracking info may not update, but you should still receive your order.
If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Palmetto Moon is not responsible for:
- Delays with UPS or FedEx shipping

Order Cancellations
To ensure fast shipping, we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Palmetto Moon is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Once an order is placed, we cannot make edits. If the address is flagged as “unverified” or the package is returned, we will attempt to contact you. Your order will be held for up to 3 days to verify the correct address. If we cannot verify the address, the order will be canceled.
FedEx & UPS Guarantees
We are not responsible for missed delivery windows, as processing time may take 1-3 business days. If the carrier fails to meet their guarantee, please contact them directly. Additional shipping charges will not be refunded for missed delivery guarantees.
