How Long Does Processing Take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with order details and an option to “View Your Order.”
Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder and add Palmetto Moon to your “safe” list.

We currently ship within the United States only, from our distribution center in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Delivery Issues
If there’s an issue with tracking or delivery, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us, and allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your order should still arrive. If tracking confirms delivery to your address but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier to investigate, as we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct order address. For any other issue with your order, please email contact Palmetto Moon within 7 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations:
To ensure fast shipping, we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Palmetto Moon is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Once an order is placed, we cannot make edits. If the address is flagged as “unverified” or the package is returned, we will attempt to contact you. Your order will be held for up to 3 days to verify the correct address. If we cannot verify the address, the order will be canceled.
Carrier Guarantees:
Palmetto Moon is not responsible for missed carrier delivery windows, as initial order processing may take up to 3 business days. If the carrier fails to meet their delivery guarantee, please contact them directly—additional shipping charges will not be refunded for any delays.
