RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not, you can return new and unused items within 60 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping charges, route insurance, and processing fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Holiday Return Policy: Orders purchased between November 1st – 30th, 2025 are eligible for extended holiday returns through January 31st, 2026.

Important Notes:

• To be eligible for a refund, items must have original manufacturer tags, identification stickers attached, and stain free.

• Palmetto Moon reserves the right to refuse returns for customers with excessive returns or used items.

• Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer, following their policy. Please contact customer service for assistance.
  

• For mail-in returns, an $8.99 shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Select oversized items may incur an additional processing fee of up to $19.95. You can view all fees in the returns portal.

• Returns are free at any of our store locations. Find your nearest Palmetto Moon store to return your item in person at no cost.

• Please allow 4–7 business days for returns processing once your item has been received at our distribution center.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

The quickest way to exchange an item and stay over the moon with your new selection is to visit your local store with the original packing slip. If a store visit isn't possible, you can return your item(s) via the returns portal and place a new order for your exchange.

DAMAGE POLICY:

If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please email our Customer Service team at info@palmettomoononline.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include photos of the damaged items, and a member of our team will be in touch to process a return or replacement.
