I purchased an E-Gift Card before April 28 — what do I need to know?
If you purchased an E-Gift Card prior to April 28, your gift card number has been updated and reissued to you. You should have received an email on May 1st, 2026, with your new gift card details.

Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards expire five (5) years from the date of purchase or the most recent reload, except where prohibited or required by law.
Can I reload a gift card?
At this time, gift cards are not reloadable.
Can I use my gift card in-store and online?
Yes — your gift card works seamlessly both online and in-store.
What if my gift card balance looks incorrect?
If you’re trying to redeem a gift card in-store or online and the balance doesn’t appear correct, please reach out to our Customer Experience team. We’ll be happy to look into it and get it resolved for you.
Are gift cards refundable or cancellable?
No — all gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.
What if I return an item purchased with a gift card?
If you return merchandise purchased with a gift card, you’ll receive a new gift card for the refunded amount.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
No — gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
What if I lose my gift card?
For E-Gift Cards, you can re-access the original email or contact our Customer Experience team to have it resent to you or your recipient.
Physical gift cards cannot be replaced.
