Shipping & Delivery Information
Please note, due to the high volume of orders, we are experiencing small delays in processing and shipping orders as we practice additional COVID-19 precautions to protect our staff and the safety of all. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
At Palmetto Moon, we strive to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible. The following provides information on our processing and shipping policy.
Palmetto Moon ships to all 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. All orders ship from our distribution center in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Orders are shipped on Mondays-Saturdays only (excluding U.S. Federal Holidays). No deliveries or expedited deliveries will be made on Sundays or Holidays.
Order values of $50 or more qualify for free USPS Standard Shipping, with the exception of YETI hardside coolers, which will incur a $24.95 overweight shipping fee.
USPS Standard Shipping – $5.95 Flat Rate:
- Orders are processed & shipped in 2-3 business days. Processing time for orders placed Saturday & Sunday will likely begin the following Monday.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. On rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to USPS delays
UPS Next Day Air Overnight Shipping – rate calculated by UPS based on shipping weight & destination:
- Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days are processed & shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Mondays-Thursdays are processed & shipped the following business day.
- Please Note: Orders placed before 12pm EST on Fridays are processed & shipped same day for expected Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday and before 8am EST on Saturday are expected to deliver the following Monday.
- Overnight orders should be delivered one business day after processing.
- Overnight orders cannot be delivered on Sundays or Holidays.
- Overnight delivery is not available for PO boxes.
All processing & shipping times are subject to change. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed by Palmetto Moon. Palmetto Moon is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to carrier service interruptions beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add Palmetto Moon to your “safe” list!
Please verify your shipping address carefully. If your shipping address is flagged as “unverified” or shipped back to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will attempt to contact you via the email address and/or phone number you provided during checkout. Your order will be held for 15 days until we can verify your address. If we are unable to verify your address within the 15 days, the order will be cancelled.
