Sizing:
Add 31 to women's U.S. size and 33 to men's U.S. size to determine Birkenstock size. -
Flex Footbed:
Flex the footbed before wearing to help it feel more comfortable sooner. -
Step In:
Open all straps and step into the footbed. Leave ¼ inch of space around heels and toes for natural rolling motion. -
Adjust Straps:
Close straps comfortably, allowing enough space for freedom of movement. -
Take a Walk:
Take a few steps. If toes and heels do not hit the footbed edge, the fit is correct. -
Recommendations:
Limit first 5–6 wearings to a few hours to allow the feet and body to adjust to the new support and straps.
